General Questions
An escape room is an immersive, interactive adventure game where players work together to solve puzzles, find clues, and complete objectives within a set time limit (usually 60 minutes). Our rooms feature unique themes, storylines, and challenges designed to test your problem-solving skills and teamwork.
It depends on the room! Our Haunted Manor is designed to be spooky and atmospheric, but we do not use jump scares or actors to frighten players. Other rooms like Prison Break and Spy Mission focus more on mystery and adventure. Check each room's description for details on the theme and intensity level.
Yes! Most of our rooms are family-friendly. Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. We recommend our Submarine Escape room for younger players as it has a lower difficulty level. Children under 8 participate for free when accompanied by paying adults.
Do not worry - you will never be truly stuck! Our game masters monitor your progress and can provide hints if needed. You can request hints at any time through an intercom system in the room. Hints are unlimited, though using fewer hints makes the victory sweeter!
Booking & Timing
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available, but popular time slots fill up quickly. You can book online up to 60 days in advance.
The game itself is 60 minutes. However, please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and briefing. After the game, you will have about 10 minutes for photos and debriefing. Total time at our facility is approximately 90 minutes.
Absolutely! For large groups, we can accommodate multiple rooms running simultaneously. This is perfect for corporate events, birthday parties, or team competitions. Contact us directly for group booking discounts.
Please arrive on time as game start times are fixed. If you arrive late, your game time will be shortened accordingly, and we cannot offer refunds for lost time. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please call us to discuss options.
Groups & Players
The optimal group size depends on the room. Generally, 4-6 players is ideal for most rooms. Too few players may struggle with puzzles, while too many can make it crowded. Check each room's recommended player count for guidance.
By default, your booking is private and only your group will play. However, if you book a small group (2-3 players), you can opt to allow other guests to join and share the experience. Just let us know your preference when booking.
Yes! We can set up head-to-head competitions with two groups playing different rooms simultaneously. The team with the best time wins! This is popular for corporate events and parties.
Payment & Pricing
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Yes! We offer discounts for: military/first responders (15% off with valid ID), students (10% off with ID), groups of 6+ (10% off), and repeat customers (10% off after your 5th visit). Discounts cannot be combined.
Yes! Gift cards are available in any amount starting at $35. They can be purchased online or at our location and never expire. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or team rewards!
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before your booking. 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the game time. Rescheduling is free if done 24+ hours in advance.
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you with a reschedule or credit for a future visit, even outside our normal policy.
You can adjust your group size up to 24 hours before your booking at no additional charge (subject to room capacity). For last-minute changes, please call us directly.
Safety & Accessibility
Yes! Safety is our top priority. You are never truly locked in - emergency exits are always accessible. Rooms are monitored at all times, and game masters can enter immediately if needed. Fire safety equipment is present in all rooms.
Most of our rooms are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your specific needs and ensure you have the best experience possible. We can make accommodations for various disabilities.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Leave large bags in provided lockers. Do not bring food, drinks, or sharp objects into the rooms. Phones must be silenced and kept away during the game.
